Chateau Trebiac is a fine example of a Graves Bordeaux blend of Melot and Cabernet Sauvignon. With 5 years bottle age already, this wine is drinking beutifully now, with rich, velvety tannins balanced with soft acifity and a long cherry and red fruit finish.
Vinification in stainless steel vats or cement vats; temperature 28°C-30°C, maceration for 18 days. In French barrels (3 months) and stainless steel vats (9 months) and fining with egg white.
Nose: Chocoloate and creamy
