Payment Options

DAWINE offers theree different options for payment. These include Alipay, Unionpay and Credit Card. Regardless of the payment method selected the following is an outline to our entire payment process and your customer experience. 

  1. Search our website for products you may enjoy;
  2. Add the products you like to your shopping cart, you can edit the quantity or remove any item if you change your mind; 
  3. Create your DAWINE account to proceed payment, simply provide your email or mobile number, and choose a password; 
  4. You will now be prompted to add a delivery address and choose a preferred payment option;
  5. Follow the prompts on the screen to complete the payment;
  6. Once completed, you will receive confirmation emails from us with reference order numbers and transaction numbers;
  7. We will keep you informed about your product delivery progress - just ENJOY when it arrives at your door!

 

Delivery Timeframe 
From successful payment as defined above we aim to deliver your merchandise within 2 days. Delivery will be dependant on your location. Where available we will email you with a tracking number so that you can check your parcel at all steps through the delivery process.

 

Refund and Returns
DAWINE offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

If there are any problems with your merchandise you may return the product to us within 20 days for a FULL refund. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for return shipping. Refunds will be processed back into the corresponding account that payment was made;

To organise a return please get in contact with us at service@dawine.com and quote your transaction number along with the reason that you are requesting a refund. We will reply within 24hrs and advise you of how to return the goods. Once the goods are recieved we will process your transaction and refund your money;

If you are not happy with anything during a return process please email service@dawine.com and we will take a further look at what problems may be arising. We aim to please every customer and treat each person as a member of the DAWINE family.
