From successful payment as defined above we aim to deliver your merchandise within 2 days. Delivery will be dependant on your location. Where available we will email you with a tracking number so that you can check your parcel at all steps through the delivery process.

If there are any problems with your merchandise you may return the product to us within 20 days for a FULL refund. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for return shipping. Refunds will be processed back into the corresponding account that payment was made；
To organise a return please get in contact with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your transaction number along with the reason that you are requesting a refund. We will reply within 24hrs and advise you of how to return the goods. Once the goods are recieved we will process your transaction and refund your money；
