Are all products listed available?
Our system shows product listings in real time. When stock is running low we run on a first to pay first to get served basis. That is to say - the first person to check-out the goods gets the goods allocated to their order.

How long will my parcel take to get to me?
This really depends on your location. We ship from Shanghai and aim to have ordered delivered within 48hrs. The closer you are the faster your order will be delivered.

Do you offer free shipping?
All orders above 150RMB get free shipping. We also at times have free shipping vouchers and promotions.

Why is your wine sold out so quickly?
We are not a retail store - we source unique wine deals from producers on an availability and deal basis. Doing this allows us to offer you better value for money, but it also means that the qantities are limited. We will always try to source more wine for you but at times this is just not possible.

Do you do wholesale orders?
We do - for any orders over 10,000RMB please contact us on service@dawine.com so that we can discuss terms and discounting.
